Royal Juice Company evaluates all refunds on a case by case basis. Once our juice is made and out for delivery, there are no refunds. If an order is placed and we are contacted within 24 hours, a full refund will most likely be fulfilled. If you receive our juice and are unhappy with the taste or quality of juice, you must contact us within 48 hours from delivery. We will require more information on any refund request. No refunds will be given past 48 hours from delivery.
We accept credit cards, Venmo, PayPal, Square (to process in person card transactions) and cash.
